Situated on a complex called "Los Fragosos", which has only 24 apartments,
many are occupied by residents.. Perfectly situated, well within walking distance
to both the Old and the New towns of Puerto del Carmen, superb supermarket
is less than a minutes walk.

facilities and privately owned sun loungers are on the complex for your use
(all of the loungers are numbered, so there are no arguements over ownership
!). Your balcony/terrace has room for a table and chairs, or sunloungers if
you wish. It has a view of the swimming pool area, Puerto del Carmen and a
panoramic view ocean beyond.

Dates
are based on a Thursday-Thursday flights unless stated. This has always
been the traditional day for British Flights, but we realise that this is
not always the case. So we will try to accommodate you as required.
Booking is accepted on the basis of half the total cost. The balance will
be due the month before you depart for your holiday.
